Hello my lovely readers!
I can’t believe we’re in November! Where has the time gone by? This is a very exciting month for us. Gary’s birthday, my birthday, Thanksgiving. And Christmas is so close! I mean what else can you ask for right?
Before fall ends I wanted to share with you guys my latest obsession, denim overalls. I’ve been wanting them for a really long time and I finally decided to give them a try. Actually my husband kept pushing me to get them because he knew how much I wanted them. I know I got a good one. But we all know how indecisive girls can be… at least I am when it comes down to buying something I’m not used to wearing that often. And to be honest I don’t regret it one bit!
I was also under the impression that overalls would only fit one type of body, but I realized quickly I was wrong! These kind of overalls go with any body type, they go with the shape of your body and fit so well. I got them at Olive Ave and they are life changing! They fit so well and I love the dark wash. Also I am obsessed with this boutique, you can look at this post and the dress is from them as well!
Here is an outfit that you can wear in the fall or in the colder days of the year.
I decided to style the overalls with a black turtle neck and some ankle boots that completed the look. Since I had enough dark colors, I decided light shoes was the way to go to give it some color.
One thing I love about overalls is how unique they are, they add a certain style to an outfit without having to try too hard. In the summer you can wear them with a t-shirt and sandals, and in the colder days with sweaters and booties. Just the perfect piece when you feel like being a little bit more unique in the day!
I have also paired them with some chunky sweaters, hoodies, flannels, and it looks so good! Let me know if you would like to see more outfit ideas with some overalls. I am also so grateful I was able to take these pictures with the pretty fall leaves before the snow decided to show up!
As always, thank you for stopping by, have a beautiful week!
